The Hayloft : availability and tariff
  • Weekly bookings commence on a Monday or Friday
  • Weekend breaks are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday            (3 nights)
  • Mid-week breaks are for Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs (4 nights)
  • Weekend and mid-week breaks are 3/5 of the weekly price
  • Please note that the weekly prices are for the cottage and NOT per person.
  • Check-in time is between 4 and 6 p.m., check-out before 10.30 a.m. (Other times by prior arrangement)
  • Deposit of 1/3 required on booking - balance due 4 weeks before stay. See Terms and Conditions below

Terms and Conditions (The Hayloft)

  1. The property is only suitable for 1 or 2 adults.
  2. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 1/3 of the holiday price.
  3. The balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday date.
  4. For cancellations made prior to 4 weeks before the holiday date, the deposit will be refunded less £25 cancellation charge.
  5. For cancellations made within 4 weeks from the holiday date, the rent is refunded if re-let, less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let the property then the full rent is payable.

  7. Check-in time is between 4 and 6 p.m., check-out before 10.30 a.m. (Other times by prior arrangement)
  8. Prices include all taxes, water, gas and electricity.
  9. Please notify us if any member of your party has a disability or handicap which may present a health and safety problem, so we can make suitable preparations.
  10. We regret that we do not allow pets in the Hayloft.
  11. Please note The Hayloft is No Smoking throughout.
  12. Any damage to the property and contents will be charged at cost.
