- Weekly bookings commence on a Monday or Friday
- Weekend breaks are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday (3 nights)
- Mid-week breaks are for Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs (4 nights)
- Weekend and mid-week breaks are 3/5 of the weekly price
- Please note that the weekly prices are for the cottage and NOT per person.
- Check-in time is between 4 and 6 p.m., check-out before 10.30 a.m. (Other times by prior arrangement)
- Deposit of 1/3 required on booking - balance due 4 weeks before stay. See Terms and Conditions below

Terms and Conditions (The Hayloft) |
- The property is only suitable for 1 or 2 adults.
- Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 1/3 of the holiday price.
- The balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday date.
- For cancellations made prior to 4 weeks before the holiday date, the deposit will be refunded less £25 cancellation charge.
- For cancellations made within 4 weeks from the holiday date, the rent is refunded if re-let, less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let the property then the full rent is payable.

- Prices include all taxes, water, gas and electricity.
- Please notify us if any member of your party has a disability or handicap which may present a health and safety problem, so we can make suitable preparations.
- We regret that we do not allow pets in the Hayloft.
- Please note The Hayloft is No Smoking throughout.
- Any damage to the property and contents will be charged at cost.
